SSP: Sustained Superior Performance

A little off topic today.  Well, to be fair -- a lot off topic.  Last week I wrote a guest column on the blog of Cordell Parvin.  Cordell is a lawyer who now coaches other lawyers how to develop and build their legal practices.   He and I were talking about business development and what I have designated as SSP -- Sustained, Superior Performance.  He asked me to write a column about SSP.

My column on Cordell's blog is linked here http://www.cordellblog.com/client-development/ssp-what-is-it-and-why-do-you-need-it/

Any lawyers out there?  Let me know what you think about SSP.

Just A Thought.
